(1) clips with watermarks are ok.
(2) there is no minimum requirements for clip quality and length. clips can be 30 seconds or 30 minutes or more . speed can be 56k or 1000k.
format can be avi,dv,mov,qt,mpeg,wmv,asf,mpg,mp4,3gp,swf.
(3) only stream those clips ( user can not download it)
