If i saw that linking code i know something is wrong and i would fix it and inform the site owner.. CCBill admin does not have links displayed for the site in question. If jscott did what I did and copied the link code from the webmaster admin of the site then it was the wrong one. They are using an auto link generator. They had the wrong links posted to use.
