It's not our fault. We just handle the design and installation of it. If you look at the terms of service on our website, we specifically state that we only provide LIMITED tech support.
We work closely with the creators of the scripts we use/install and often send clients to them for tech support. We did nothing out of the norm of our terms.
Also your site is working fine, and had been for some time.
