No I don't. All I have to show is that stripping 750 calories from your daily intake will reduce your weight.
I'm not suggesting that drinking diet cola is better than water or natural juice. I'm just saying that if you're going to drink soda, drinking soda with significantly less calories is going to make a difference.
My personal trainer, a champion body builder drinks diet soda. I'd say he's in pretty good shape.
