2500 sqft 4 bedrooms plus a 18x18 bonus room that is my office 2.5 bath. 2 car garage front and back yard, security system etc etc etc. Paid 183,600.00 appraised now at 206,400.00 For 800k it better come with massage girls and happy endings 3 times a day. lol We live within 10 minutes of the airport, 10 minutes to tons of shops a super walmart, pretty much anything I need is no more than 20 minute drive. There is no way Id pay 800k for anything under 7000 sqft.
