Simplistic since I have no idea what site quiet is talking about but
if all you guys are saying the content is top quality it makes no sense to just sell the content without the sites that is was created for. I'm using the power of deduction here, if quiet has made enough $$$ to retire by the time he's 30 that means the websites were successful, very successful. So the websites should go with the content, there's more value to the content as part of the package.

i'm selling all my traffic to a sponsor (3 million uniques a day). i don't care about complicated bullshit to make a few extra dollars. i'm beyond that.
