 I highly doubt it.
Timmy's doesn't need a prize controversy for publicity.  Their 'Roll up the rim' contest has been ongoing for years, splashed ALL OVER the TV, newspapers...you name it.  You'd be hard-pressed to find someone anywhere in Canada who isn't aware of the contest.  
Amusingly, its become a popular national event each year.
