People blame Matrix for turning over their customer lists and don't realize that the copyrights and customer lists of Matrix were also held by R_n and his so-called copyright protection company and forget that CE was among the first to settle "for business reasons".

BTW: Things are going very well in the Acacia litigation and the defendants are set to get out on non-validity. So all the smart guys - like the genius businessman himself - that settled get to go on paying Acacia a percentage of their gross income for many years to come.

Also, Acacia has wisely chosen not to come after the adult industry on some of their new outlandish patent claims.
