If you think coed is a lucrative niche, and that perhaps the Golden state of California has some mystique for people around the country and even around the world, and California has some gorgeous beaches and campuses, and this domain is catchy and marketable and alliterative, well, then, just maybe... it IS special after all. If your porn company is located in California, that might be even better.
OK, let's assume I am a noobie. But Steve Lightspeed isn't a noob, and in which niche did he make his money?
