I don't put much stock in eBay as an appraisal service. eBay isn't the greatest for selling domains. eBay is ideal for collectibles and consumer goods.

Domains are a business infrastructure item, more B2B oriented than consumer oriented. Frankly, there really is no good place to sell domains. Domains are very specialized, and marketing them in such a place as eBay is usually a mismatch.

This subject domain has value, and one option is just to hold it. If it doesn't sell today, maybe someday it will generate more interest.
