I don't think webalizer can handle a big load like that either.
Urchin seems the best by far and their demo kicks ass.. guess i'd better go grab my wallet

What OS are you running it on? The uniques are all
handled with hash arrays that are "unlimited" in the
awstats.pl. You should be doing more 1,000,000.
