The first time I was arrested but this time I was lucky enough to get a heads up this morning from a police buddy. I was able to set up a time for them to meet at my house so I could get it otherwise yes they could of took me to jail again. Technically when you are getting a ticket you are under arrest but they don't always take you to the police station. I am sure if the police come tonight to my promotion they will take me to jail because I am doing the same thing I did Sat. night and I feel I am following the laws. I won't let them push me around just because they don't like me. Melissa
