Based on todays value and cash. Some of the overpaid will deffinatly be bargains in a few years. So if whomever does not mind holding them that long then sure. Otherwise I would take many of the overpaid amounts and look for todays bargins. I am positive the todays bargins will then turn into "lucky son of a bitch" prices in a few years.
