Their templates are a bit of a pain, based on the Smarty system which I am not a big fan of. Once you get past the admin which is quite tedious at first, the program is easy to run. It's not horribly expensive either. I think we paid something like 1000.00 for the cart, the modules, and a custom integration which was complately done in about a month and a half...
