Westmaster story continues
I wrote a few days back how Westmaster suddenly and without warning closed down my sites because they couldn't charge my card (which, by the way, there is nothing wrong with).
I wanted to give them my second card, but apparently the only way to do that was to re-sign-up and fax them signed papers again - this time with the new card number. So I did that, got my account reopened and started preparing to move my stuff from there. I figured I had a month to do that, bot noooo...
Today I discovered that though everything else works, the mails sent to me bounce, so I mailed their support. Got an answer that as they couldn't charge my card and I haven't answered their numerous emails my account was inactivated. Which is total bullshit - I was the one sending numerous emails not them, I have faxed them my other card information and my account works fine, I just cannot receive emails. I replied all that, and guess what, the return address on their support mail doesn't work.
I have changed the DNS information and are now patiently waiting for it to go through, so I can send them another fax and tell them to go to hell. This is just ridiculous.
