Just wondering if anyone has heard from them lately? We've been trying to get in touch for almost a week now it seems.. No answer on either phone #, and no response to emails. WHat happenned?

Anyone? We're trying to get them to bill our credit card, so you'd think they'd answer their phone. ;>
