I would have to agree with a couple others.
Offering 24/7 Customer Support to clients as we do is a key.
If any site owner is getting over 1000 e-mails a month, they should be offering 24/7 support.
This gives them a 10 minute turn around time on incoming e-mails, and also provides live chat to members inside the site.
If someone cant do something after joining a site, they will immediatley want to cancel if they can not get a fix or solution. My filling the need, it ensures members will sign up, and be able to do what the site promises.
Member retention stays high.
