| Ive never a a problem with anyone understanding my pronunciation when I talk...but of course aussies have their whole own brand of language and a lot of the words we use .. well their meaning are not understood by other english speaking countries but you get that with any colloquialisms in any language anyway.

southerners and especially tasmanians have hints of brittish accents and tend to speak "proper" eblgish as opposed to the northerners who sound liek steve irwin and say words incorrectly such as "NothinK"(instead of 'nothing') and "anythinK"

..... also the way to pick a canadian accent is they talk thru their noses more than yanks, are a bit more whiny... yanks tend to talk in the back of their throats and of course the more southern there is more drawl.

East coast speak twice as fast as west cost. (university research showed that new yorkers hear in 60 minutes of new what would take over 90 minutes to read in LA)
