As far as why it sucks, try typing in epassporte sucks into the search here, there are pages and pages and pages full of peoples complaints. Its easy to see your company has some major problems in the customer service department and it doesn't seem like they care to improve it. If they had a more proactive approach on fixing customer issues I would be more inclined to deal with the fees and use your services, Instead they choose to pass the blame onto the user and act like they are the ones being unreasonable.

There isn't much you can do Keyser I think its the companies attitude as a whole that needs to change. Until them I'll use them only on a limited basis.
