maybe epassporte should outsource some smarter customer service reps instead of accepting every Paki off the boat...

the guy didnt know what he was talking about because he told me to goto the website and fill out a non existent form in order to recieve a new card. how come the CUSTOMER SUPPORT person told me wrong directions?

so wait...you're saying if I was nice, kept this off the boards and contacted you, epassporte might have comp'd the fee? pathethic.
