Thanks, I'm sure Chris would agree with the idea. I mean you want to prevent abuse of issuing un-necessary cards, so if a customer doesn't return the damaged one, charging the replacement fee makes sense. But if a card is genuinely damaged, it should be no issue to get it replaced at epass' cost since you guys obviously make more on the loads/transfers than card replacements. Just my thoughts...
