I brought it to the boards because of how I was treated.
I called first, the guy I talked to obviously didnt know shit about shit and told me I had to goto the epassporte website and fill out a form to get a new card.
I hang up, I goto site, the site informs me to call the same customer support number I had just called.
I call back, I get the SAME GUY I had just talked to, he gets confused because I am calling back about the same thing, I tell him he is an idiot and that the website saids to call CS...he puts me on hold for 5 minutes then comes back and saids that I had to pay a $35 fee for a new card and then some other shit about I had to goto website and do it...I just hung up because the guy was a total outsourced tard..
if epass wanted my fucking biz they would see how frequently I use epass, how much my balance is, how long i've had my card and been a member and they would fucking comp me the new card fee cost....sadly they did not and rather be greedy and steal their users money at any chance they can get.
I would never run a business like that. I am not some retard newbie epassporte user who uses epassporte once a month...I use it weekly if not daily.
