The design is nice. I do think the top is a little cluttered and distracting with so many photos. I was not sure where to look. I did end up looking at your profile as it is what the first visitors to your site are going to want to see.

I would play up the 'About Ashleigh' area and maybe downplay the ad to start. With blogs you can get a lot of return traffic with good content and a clean design. Your play is unique in the sense you are on the site and you are also showcasing other people's photos.

I also love the idea of putting news in the blog also. I would actually play this up a little more. The post about Jessica Alba is great and if you can make a rule of having at least 1 out of 4 posts have a news type piece you can make people feel the blog is not just a commercial. It also will build trust with the reader.

The main thing I would promote in the short term is who you are and why you are doing this. The right hand box is great and you might want to give it a little more real estate for the short term. Maybe turn the blog into 2 columns versus 3 for the short term, or put your text links up on the left and shrink the size to give more to your profile. You can also provide ad links below your profile on the right side of the blog.

The photos are great in the content. You have a good eye for what draws attention. The body of the blog is great. The text is not too long, but long enough to tell a story. The more you can make this first person the better. If you can talk about your experiences and what you think of these girls that will create a unique value. I agree the font is nice, but with a sans serif, you will need to be careful not to put too much text in a paragraph. It becomes hard to read without breaks.

Overall the blog looks great. It is clear you have worked hard on it and it shows. I look forward to an RSS feed or even an email sign-up as I am creating a database of all the big adult blogs and how much traffic they are getting.
