Me: "Hi, can I speak to the manager, please?"
Clerk: "Do you want an application or something?"
Me: "Umm, no... I just want to talk to him for a sec about my fries."
Clerk: "Oh, you want me to replace your fries..."
Me: "No, the fries are fine. I just want to talk with the Manager of the store about them."
Clerk: "Why?"
Me: "Because"
Clerk: "Lemme get him."
