Videocharge is the my favorite converter for all things non flash.
I really mean that. It has the best quality and functions of them all and I've tried all of them.
For Flash I've been using
Swish Video which allows batch conversions from several file formats even WMV.
I would still like to see something do it from DVD in one step.
