New York City:
1. Between 9pm and 10pm
2. 8pm - Commerce bank open Sat and Sun too.
3. I never tried to shop after 9 so I dunno.
4. None - Do you know how many armed robberies there wold be? LOL
5. 2-3am on weekends 1am during the week.
6. Several are 24/7 (I'm sure there's lotsa unreported ass robberies in those)
