Hey Jay, I've been meaning to ask you about this for a while... what software are you using for your direct DVD to Flash video conversion? I saw you mention it a couple of months ago.

We had our own encoder for DVD to WMV and now we are extending that to do Flash. Still not perfect (It has to convert DVD to MEPE2 and then Flash).
If you have small batch then use Sorenson
