i don't know what kind of business you are in, but i've never taken a client that was renting executive suites.

Thats exackly what we are right now

we're just a startup company with no commitment (yet) we're just testing out the water with offices to see if it help us work better and also that we're all in the same room so its better to share ideas stuff in real life then over msn or phone. I would be really hestitant on signing a lease for 1 year or more if things doent work for us.
Eventually we want to hire employee and such so I think we'll definally get a conventional space. Can I ask why you think they are a pain in the ass?
