You don't think Playboy (with decades of experience in dealing with the legalities of publishing photographs) told Sony that they were going to print the publicity photo? I'd bet $100 and my left nut that they specifically told them that they were printing her image in response to the poll that put her as top sexy biatch.

If Sony owns the rights to the image, and they gave it to Playboy to publish, then Alba has nothing to stand on, legally.

And what kind of retard thinks that Alba doesn't sign releases? I have personally seen Jessica Alba sign a release, as well as countless other celebrities.
