I was looking in the 150k range....which doesn't get you much in OVERPRICED!
Boston but can at least get me a 1 bedroom beachview condo in N. Myrtle Beach. I'm a bachelor who only cares about my money and enjoying myself so a 1bedroom should do for now. Whats the best way of going about it?
