Nah but seriously, a friend of mine ended up moving house not too long ago.
He basically had the same prob, footsteps in other rooms, doors opening and closing.
I went over one night, there was 4 of us watching tv downstairs. We heard someone clear as day upstairs, and the doors that were closed, we all open...
