:mad In the U.S. judicial system you are Innocent until proven Guilty!

Yea Right. All it takes is for someone to verbally accuse you of a certain crime and your ass is arrested.

Then instead of first proving your guilt or the accusation you are forced to prove you did NOT commit the alleged crime by having to prove your alibi is true. WTF! By then it's too late. You've got a police record, your reputation is ruined and even if you are proven innocent there is still the doubt and shame.

As fucked up as our judical system seems to be sometimes I am sure that I would rather have the opportunity to fight for my innocence here in the U.S. than most other countries.

Innocent until proven Guilty or Vice Versa. Does it really matter after the damage has already been done?

If you knew someone was going to accuse you of something what would you do? Accuse them of something first and make them disprove you?
