I need to see a link to a peer-reviewed journal in which these were published as evidence that the scientific community believes experiments actually were run, using reliable and reproducible methods, and that the data is properly analyzed and supports his conclusion. Since the Dr. Poponin paper seems to have been published in a Russian journal, I'd want to know that it was correctly translated and quoted, too.
All the references I could find to Dr. Poponin's work are on new age-y quasireligious sites. One says he has a PhD in physics and another in math. So what does it mean when someone says he is a "quantum biologist", and how does that qualify him to do real biological research?
The second one is useless as a reference, "the military" doesn't do experiments, experimenters do, and if they haven't published their work, we don't know it was even done.
Let's look at the Institute for Heart Math. "IHM, with founder Doc Childre, has developed the HeartMath System which is designed to enable people to decode and employ the intelligence of their hearthahaha8212;a process of unfolding the unused power within yourself." umm...right.
DNA is not 'self-repairing', nor can we repair it. Damaged DNA causes cancer, and this is not in dispute.
