I know Sprite is since it says it all over the label, but 7-Up doesn't say anything about it. I'm trying to lay off the caffeine since I've been having these dull but painful aches in my kidney area. My Dr.'s office told me to start drinking a TON of liquid and if I drank soda, for it to be a caffeine free lemon-lime based. I just got home from the store and 7-Up was on sale, so I bought it. Came home and started to read the label and nowhere does it say anything about it. Does anyone know???
