Nah. Folks talk about "trimmin' the fat", or trimmin' this thing away or the other thing away, so that this OTHER thing might be all that's left on the plate. But more and more it's just lookin' like a gristly piece of fat from some genetically modified bovine mishap that rolled out of somebody's sad conception of what a cow should be. Yuck.
