As it is now, alcohol is the leading cause of deaths on the road. If you legalize pot, that number probably doubles or even triples since people would smoke it while driving.

Saying that is like saying because pot is NOT legal people DON'T drive while smoking. Do you really think that is the case? The main thing that will happen WHEN they make pot legal is that it will free up the court system and prisons for people that SHOULD be in jail. I mean how much sense does it make to release a MURDERER to make room for a drug user?????
