I personally don't even bother with people who are assholes online - after being around for 10 years I have found that when in person they are a totally different character and online identities are crucial to some for drawing attention to their product. I have no enemies and the ones who consider themselves to be mine - I wish them all the best but I do not dwell on negative people and drama.
