Everyone can rest assured that they are working on the problem and that it will be resolved ASAP. Sometimes things like this happen. I don't think anybody has a reason to question their integrity or intentions with this, they are a stellar company that is by far the largest and I think most legitimate in our market... They have always done right by their affiliates!
