If you have headache trouble, there are a few things you can do. You should be sure to get plenty of water, and as little caffeine as possible (unless you get withdrawl). Actually migraines related to your jaw can not be relieved with medicine.

Your jaw might have been pulled too hard when you were put under and it may take a few months for the muscles to settle down.. Just a thought, if you have seen a doctor and they said you were okay....
It's a known fact that your mouth can be jerked open too far and set off a tmj disorder ( jaw joint ) and fibromyalagia ( muscle disorder ) when put under general anesthesia...
It happened to me after minor surgery 8 years ago. It sucked but I was back to normal ( for me ) in a few months.. The general anesthesia stressed out my whole body.
Sounds like I am babbling but if you don't live with pain or have researched the above !
