Oh don't get me wrong SK ;) I keep'em waiting too! I remember one time my brother got all standoffish on me and called a service to come over
It costed him over $400.00 to re-install Windows cuz the tech couldn't figure out the problem and my brother didn't want to reformat - he reformatted and got screwed from every end
Anyhow, now I use that example - if they want to wait for me for when 'I' have time to do it - that's fine. If they think I'm running there like a puppydog, I give them the number of the guy my brother had and tell them the story. They wait for me now or will bring their computers over to my house so I can do it when I have free time and don't have to displace myself.
