Tradiationally our industry has had a nearly zero entry barrier - anyone could get in and with some cheap mailing software could make millions. The gold rush days are over. Be realistic - The Post Office charges money to send out junk mail, now the ISPs will start sending SPAM.
And it will be perfectly legal.
