TurboAngel - I would go and help 'just because'.... If she's a shithead for being mad at you, doesn't mean you have to be mean. If she has a conscience, she'll say sorry for being a turd before.
However, in cases like my brother, who needs help at least once every two weeks, I do rub it in that I'm not his 'let me fuck up the computer so I can call the helpline' person

Normally I'm the first person to jump at helpin' someone out with a computer problem...I think of it as returning the favours that others gave me over the years.
But if someone's gonna act childish and not speak to me for a few weeks because they made a bad decision on a computer...then I'd take my own sweet time before offering to help out.
