Lets break this down.
"TexasDreams needs to be fired then shot in the street." That is an opinion and not a threat. The needs to be indicates a third person. If he had said "TexasDreams needs to be launched to the moon with not enough air for the return trip." would you have said it was a death threat? No doubtfull. You would of taken it for what it was.
Not only that, but that is only the first part of the sentence.
He didnt say "I'm going to shoot TexasDreams in the street".
Do I need to go on with this, or can we go ahead and admit an error, and unban those unrightfully banned?
