I've done that and you are right, I had to write a 4 page report to why I think this guy would kill me and that he is not just bullshitting me.. the cop said to me even if I told him right now that I want to kill him, there is nothing he can do because he knows I am full of shit, even if I really wanted to, he would need to prove that I am capable and intent to do so.
I had this guy recorded phone converstations of violence screaming of how his life plan is to revenge on me, still wasnt enough for the cops to do anything.
to this day thou, if this guy were to ever show up at my house or come face to face to me, his 2 years of talking crap made me more than ever prepared.
