I can dig it, I perfer the natural state depictions too but have to admit to liking some of the decorated ones. Also prefer them carved in a wood or bone (not ivory for obvious reasons, hard to verify these days so I stear clear now)...
At one point though I had to tell a few relatives and friends to chill out on getting me elephants for every occassion as it was getting to a nuts level on #s...I've thinned my heard these days so to speak so I don't come off as a total wack job, I'll save that until I'm 80 sporting my bathrobe full time
