For a 25K site with 90% skim you should be sending out 3-4x that to galleries, at least. I'm sure you'll find someone to pony up for it, but I think your asking price is about a zero long. That's just me though.
Oh, and by the way. All JMBSoft product licenses are non-transferrable. Not that it matters, but for accuracy's sake.
