Thats how police should act. In the states of course it's not like that.
I know a guy who said "ouch, go easy man" to a cop who was handcuffing him roughly and he got beat until his face was nothing but blood. They also said he was trying to buy drugs, but they failed to put his money into evidence with his other posessions, so the case was dropped.
So in summary, they beat him, and stole his money.
