DWB, it's a competing product in a way, so CCBill Tech. won't support it very much. Best bet is the dual-tour idea, your affiliates will thank you later.

edit - tour setup, you could just make a new folder (/tour) and put your NATS tour page in that folder. Keeps it all seperate and clean.
