Your probably not going to find much help there. There isn't anyway that I know of to transfer the CCBill links into NATS, but you can just keep the CCBill affiliate program open and do not accept new affiliates to it.
This way you still payout through CCBill on all of your old links to your affiliates until they switch over and all new affiliates will only use the NATS links.
I've been on NATS for over a year, and still get tons of sales off my old CCBill link codes from affiliates who put them up and forgot them on the web somewhere. (Thanks DH

CCBill will also continue to pay the affiliates for those sales off the old link codes as well.
