Why anyone would want to party with tens of thousands of drunks throwing beads at each other on trash filled streets, and knowing the "take no shit" rep that the NOPD has is beyond me.
Placing yourself in that wild 'n crazy environment is just asking for trouble even if you aren't a troublemaker yourself.
